All our sales people go through our basic training. Here you learn the art of how to make sales easy. Reality is a constant throughout our training and all our lecturers are out in the field and sell every day.
We know that sales people are competitive people. In addition to our national prices, we organize a European gala every three years. This is our own Academy Awards where we honor our successful colleagues.
To create a healthy balance between working life and leisure time, we invest in health promotion activities. For example, we participate in Lidingöloppet and organize a variety of sport activities at our conferences. We also socialize in various social contexts.
Mapungubwe Nature Reserve is our conference facilities in northern South Africa. Here we travel to celebrate our colleagues who have succeeded extra well, have conferences to plan the future and get inspiration from the fantastic surroundings. Here you get to experience the full splendor of the African wilderness.
